Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Care Manager to lead our new Supported Living service in Morecambe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for young people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support services
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social care management, with a strong understanding of the CQC Framework and relevant regulations
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support services
  • QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma or equivalent qualification
