Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our Member Advisor team based in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring team members to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external clients and members.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical claims assessment and at least two years of experience in leading a team. You will be responsible for motivating the team, conducting regular meetings, and ensuring that all team members are engaged and performing effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve set performance levels
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and mentoring to team members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the Claims Co-ordination Manager to ensure that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities
