Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
- Administer the maintenance of the property, including managing contractors and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
- Liaise with residents, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for working with people.
- Administrative experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
