About the Role

  • Manage two practices located on Welsh Row Nantwich & Crewe Road Haslington, each with a unique mix of NHS and Private work.
  • Lead a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engage with self-employed clinicians.
  • Drive practice performance, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.
  • Interpret financial data to make commercial decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
