About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team on a full-time basis, working 39 hours per week across night shifts. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing practical assistance and emotional support to empower the individuals we support to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs, including challenging behaviour.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including shopping, domestic tasks, and elements of personal care.
  • Complete a range of records and documents.
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed individual who respects the dignity of the people they support.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Experience with challenging behaviour and/or learning disabilities is preferred, but all necessary training will be provided.
  • A driving licence is an essential requirement, and you must be able to reliably commute to Carmarthen for your shifts.
