As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting our Directors and Service Managers in a varied and generalist HR role. Your key responsibilities will include advising Line Managers on HR queries, managing the employee life cycle, supporting the People Team, and working on strategic and operational HR projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a confident individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to build effective working relationships across a multi-site organization and effectively manage your time with minimal supervision.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

* Experience in providing generalist HR advice
* Competent in managing ER cases
* CIPD qualified (Level 5 preferred)
* Able to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders
* Analytical and solution-oriented
* Flexible approach to work and change
* Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies
