About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small, growing front-end engineering team to deliver complex projects from start to completion.
  • Drive engineering best practices to improve quality of code, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Improve test automation standards and tools within the front-end team.
  • Collaborate with the product design team to transform designs into functional and visually stunning interfaces.
  • Steer the team towards Continuous Delivery and ensure seamless integration with AWS cloud and API-based concepts.
Requirements
  • Solid background in front-end software engineering with proven experience in React and Typescript.
  • Strong understanding of core web and browser concepts, including secure web design practices.
  • Experience with AWS cloud and API-based concepts.
  • Exposure to collaborating with a product design team and contributing to designs.
  • Positive, proactive mindset and approach with strong communication skills.
What We Offer
  • Base salary between £90,000-£115,000 plus bonus.
  • Hybrid, flexible working setup from our London office.
