Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative/Customer Support to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service:
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to deliver satisfaction, going the extra mile to engage customers.
- Purchase stock and manage general operations in the POS.
- Communicate with colleagues and provide customers with updates.
- Warehouse:
- Pick, pack, receive, and cycle count stock.
- Manage shipping and processing goods in, performing general warehouse operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic IT skills and ability to learn new software.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to drive a company van.
