Job Title: Warehouse Operative/Customer Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative/Customer Support. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and progress your career.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. As a Warehouse Operative/Customer Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working in a warehouse environment, picking, packing, and receiving goods, as well as managing shipping and processing.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients, communicating effectively and providing updates as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Services:

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and other customer inquiries.
  • Identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver satisfaction.
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service.

Warehouse:

  • Picking, packing, receiving, and cycle counting.
  • Managing shipping and processing goods in.
  • General warehouse operations, including forklift operation (training provided).

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • A full UK driving license (as you will be driving a company van).
