Trainee Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Commercial team at Gold Group Limited.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in the construction industry. As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing financial and project-related transactions, analysing project expenses, and generating monthly cost reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and document financial and project-related transactions.
  • Analyse project expenses and generate monthly cost reports.
  • Conduct site visits for inspections and assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Assess completed work and manage payment applications.
  • Utilise systems and processes to measure commercial performance.
  • Assist in generating accurate monthly reports and projections.
  • Participate in meetings with site teams, clients, and other relevant parties.
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial and Sales teams.

Requirements

No prior experience is required, but candidates should have a basic understanding of the Quantity Surveyor role, strong Excel skills, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in the construction industry.
