About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Nurse to join our team at HMP Exeter. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality primary care services and specialist interventions for offenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior team members
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to promote health and prevent disease
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and prison staff to deliver integrated healthcare services
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of National Standards for Health Care in Prisons
