To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored, and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines, identifying, investigating, and resolving risks proactively.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, including Peg feeding, wound care, phlebotomy, and other general nursing tasks.
What We Offer:
- An excellent salary of £16.50 per hour and an annual salary of £37,752 per annum.
- Paid breaks and a pension scheme.
- 28 days holiday and 5 x wages on Christmas and New Year's.
- Onsite parking and an annual performance review.
