About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Toolstation. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, customer service, and team performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the wider Toolstation team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, customer service, and sales practices.

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the wider Toolstation team to achieve business objectives.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities.
