Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with DIY maintenance tasks
  • Customer service-focused with strong administrative capabilities
  • Proficient in IT skills and adept at collaborating with contractors

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid UK driving license for travel purposes
  • Experience within the Accommodation or Housing Sector
  • Qualifications in Joinery, Plumbing, or Construction
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification
  • Understanding of building regulations and legislation
