Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Business Partner to join our People Services team at Proofpoint. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing operational and administrative support to senior and executive HRBPs, ensuring the smooth execution of HR initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees at the designated location/site.
  • Handle tier 2 and tier 3 HR inquiries and escalations, including employee relations issues, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Provide guidance and resolution on complex HR matters, collaborating with HR specialists and leadership as needed.
  • Conduct investigations into employee concerns, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement compensation, benefits, and employee relations programs that support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Work closely with HR leadership to implement local HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with corporate standards and practices.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as training programs, employee engagement surveys, and compliance efforts, contributing to the overall success of the People Services team.

Requirements

  • Remains up to date with local employment laws, internal and external regulations, compliance requirements, and procedures.
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment with constant change as your companion.
  • Excellent stakeholder partnership skills with an ability to collaborate, communicate and influence effectively.
  • HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and HR operations
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Growth mindset, with a focus on continual self-development
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
