People Partner-Senior Associate

Synopsys Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Partner-Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our HR organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies focused on business consultation and delivery of HR programs and processes in the areas of employee and labor relations, compliance and restructuring, organizational effectiveness, talent management and succession planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on HR-related matters, including employee relations, labor compliance, and talent management.
  • Design and deliver HR programs and processes to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance on compliance and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations issues.
  • Partner with the People & Culture team to develop and implement recruitment strategies, job descriptions, and hiring processes.
  • Manage employee communication and engagement initiatives, including feedback programs, surveys, and one-on-one meetings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an HR professional supporting European countries, primarily.
  • Strong Employee Relations background, Labor Compliance, Policy experience for the regional countries in scope.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field.
