About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team at Artemis Talent Group Ltd. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our applications and systems
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and improve productivity
  • Manage and lead assigned projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Experience supporting trading applications (OMS, EMS, PMS)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Financial services knowledge (Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Equities)
  • SQL and database understanding
  • Coding languages (C#, Python, or C++)
