Product Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategist to join our team at Elanco. As a Product Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the development of our product suite, working closely with key business partners to identify and prioritize key engineering opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Product Development
- Develop and maintain a clear and concise product backlog, ensuring that it meets the Definition of Readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key features and technologies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that the product roadmap aligns with business objectives.
- Community Engagement
- Act as an agile culture ambassador, promoting open communication and collaboration across teams.
- Engage with the IT community, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
- Participate in the agile community, serving as a coach and mentor to advance our delivery discipline.
- Basic Qualifications
- 3-5+ years' experience as a Product Owner/Manager or a similar role.
- Real-world experience working in an agile delivery team.
- Experience working on IT development programs or an engineering/cloud background is advantageous.
- Other Requirements
- Comfortable conveying complex technical challenges into easy-to-consume explanations for a non-technical audience.
- Certified product owner (CSPO) or similar certification preferred.
- Experience working in a regulated, multi-agency and international environment is advantageous.
