A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their team in Corby. As a key member of the IT department, you will provide essential IT support to the business, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line IT support to the business
  • Liaise with external vendors to resolve support cases
  • Maintain the company's bespoke software
  • Update inventory of hardware and software
  • Monitor backup status and test restore points
  • Manage business Dashboard KPIs
  • Assist with the implementation of company IT strategy
Requirements:
  • 6+ months experience in an IT support role
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Knowledge of Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
