Village Staff Limited is seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle checks, monthly safety inspections, and schedules of MOTs.
  • Liaise with drivers to ensure that all necessary checks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Oversee Health and Safety protocols and conduct staff inductions.
  • Manage records of tachographs and fuel orders.
  • Ensure compliance with operator licensing, drivers' hours, and fleet inspection regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of transportation, vehicle, and plant maintenance.
  • Ensure that HGV drivers are up to date with regards to licenses and training.
