Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise in social work practice to support the development of service provision, ensuring alignment with local, departmental, and independent resources.
- Deliver high-quality services within a quality and equalities framework, adhering to Council policy, professional standards, and best practice.
- Provide practice supervision for students on placements, ensuring their development and growth.
- Collaborate with Care Coordinators to provide support and ensure high-quality standards in assessment and service delivery.
- Implement the Safeguarding Adults policy and procedure, ensuring the well-being and safety of vulnerable adults.
- Adhere to the Council's Health and Safety policies and HR procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage, monitor, and review care plans, liaising with other workers and agencies as necessary.
- Comply with the Group's recording policy, utilizing management information systems to record, retrieve, and analyze information.
- Prepare reports, statements, and other legal documents as required.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience in Adults Services, with a strong understanding of safeguarding and quality principles.
