About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team at TK Elevator UK Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing our recruitment processes and delivering an exceptional experience to our candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract top talent
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to relevant job boards, newspapers, and colleges
  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including databases and social media
  • Screen candidates and resumes, and conduct interviews using reliable selection tools and methods
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Monitor and apply HR best practices in recruitment
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or in a staffing agency
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including video interviewing and reference checking
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Application Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
