About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Branch Manager to lead our team in Sutton. As a key member of our Property Services team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of Estate Agents, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales performance, customer feedback, and business development opportunities.
- Coach and develop the skills of your team members to achieve their full potential and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, Property Valuer position, or higher.
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Ability to create and implement business plans, monitor and assess performance, and make informed decisions.
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
- Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
- Attention to detail.
