About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Sutton. As a key member of our property services group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales strategies and performance
  • Coach the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor individual performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to generate new and repeat business
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales to meet business targets
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
