About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Schuh Rushden Lakes. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Lead by example, managing junior managers and sales teams to ensure a positive and productive store environment
- Nurture a culture of operational excellence, ensuring the store is always looking its best and running smoothly
- Recruit, train, and develop new talent to drive business growth and success
- Set goals, achieve targets, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver business results
- Celebrate achievements and recognize team members for their hard work and dedication
- Promote the Schuh brand through our core service values and visual merchandising guidelines
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, ambitious, and ready for a challenge. You'll be a natural leader, with a proven track record of leadership and a passion for retail and customer service. You'll be target-driven, with a keen eye for detail and commerciality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
