Solent Mind is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wellbeing Coach to join our team. As a Wellbeing Coach, you will work with young people aged 11-25, providing individualized support to help them improve their mental wellbeing and build resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver 1-1 sessions to support young people in achieving their mental health goals
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote mental wellbeing and resilience
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Provide education and resources to young people and their families on mental health and wellbeing
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of mental health services

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of mental health in young people, as well as experience working with individuals with mental health needs. You should possess excellent communication skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and a passion for supporting young people in achieving their mental health goals.
