**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our corporate business in Weybridge. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the efficient operation of the sales department.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling customer inquiries and providing high-quality customer service.
* Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Develop monthly sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
* Communicate important feedback from customers internally, ensuring that sales team members are aware of customer needs and concerns.
* Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches, ensuring that the sales team is informed and prepared to promote new offerings.
* Support the sales team with the preparation of presentations and proposals, ensuring that all materials are accurate and well-presented.
* Manage and maintain the organization's CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions are recorded and tracked.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in sales administration, with a strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under strict deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* A team player with a high level of dedication, able to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
