Job DescriptionThe Payroll Specialist role is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes. The successful candidate will have previous experience in payroll and be proficient in SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registration and maintenance of employee data, including new hires, terminations, and employment changes.
- Registration of payroll data input, including deductions, benefits, bonuses, and new salaries.
- Payroll administration for statutory elements, including manual calculations and system processing.
- Query resolution and problem-solving for all aspects of payroll.
- Handling service requests from clients through our C4C system and inquiries by phone.
- Maintaining physical and electronic archives.
- Utilizing SAP for payroll processing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in payroll.
- Proficiency in SAP (full training will be provided).
- Ability to live within a commutable distance of Walton-on-Thames.
- Desire to progress in a career in payroll, with opportunities for training and qualifications.
