Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with our HR team to resolve payroll-related issues and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Administration: Manage the payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and processing.
- Payroll Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll data, including employee information, tax details, and benefits.
- Payroll Reporting: Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and stakeholders.
- Payroll Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and employment standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Payroll Experience: 2+ years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a recruitment agency or similar industry.
- Payroll Knowledge: Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including tax laws and employment standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in payroll software and systems, including SAP.
