Job Opportunity: Speech and Language Therapist - Mental Health Support

Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking a passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our well-established team providing therapy for children and young people with neurodivergent and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct specialist and trauma-informed speech and language therapy assessments to enhance mental health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and communication skills training to support children and young people.
  • Work closely with community services, families, and education systems to ensure seamless care.

Requirements:

  • Speech & Language Therapy Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with children with complex needs and neurodivergent conditions.
  • Previous experience in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
