Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate/Commercial Legal Counsel to join our team at J Matthews Legal.

About the Role

This is a newly created position within our international legal team, offering a diverse and varied role with opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake a wide range of corporate/M&A and commercial legal matters
  • Work closely with the international legal team to deliver high-quality legal services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of our legal strategy and policies

Requirements

We are looking for a qualified UK Solicitor or US Attorney with approximately 0-5PQE who has trained and qualified at a leading law firm. Prior experience in corporate/M&A matters is essential, and prior in-house experience is not necessary for this position.
