About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled CRO Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a CRO Manager, you will be responsible for leading core user journey initiatives and designing optimisation strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with analytics, product, and development teams to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
- Design and implement optimisation strategies to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- Lead core user journey initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Present strategies and results to senior stakeholders to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience with AB testing platforms, such as Google Optimise.
- Proven experience in CRO and conversion rate optimisation.
- Background in retail or ecommerce is desired.
- Prior experience in merchandising is a plus.
