About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our trade website proposition. This is a greenfield project that requires a talented individual to manage new ideas from concept to launch, working closely with agency partners and Wren colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value.
  • Work with internal and external customers to understand customer needs.
  • Assist in implementing onsite SEO optimizations and technical roadmap.
  • Create and maintain project timelines for the CRO roadmap.
  • Take a hands-on approach to projects to show leadership and support to the BA team.
  • Own the day-to-day relationship with the third-party digital transformation agency.
  • Coordinate roadmap requirements from the wider stakeholder group.
  • Track and report on project benefit realization versus key objectives and forecasts.
  • Assist in creating business cases for larger change projects.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the product internally and externally.

About You

Desired Skills and Knowledge:
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-traffic websites.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (Headless CMS advantageous).
  • Proven experience defining product specifications, creating website roadmaps, and working directly with development teams.
  • Experience of using work management software such as Jira, Confluence, Trello.
  • API and integrations experience from a requirements viewpoint.
