About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of our trade website proposition. This is a greenfield project where you will be responsible for managing new ideas from concept to launch, working closely with agency partners and Wren colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value and drive business growth.
  • Work with internal and external customers to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing to implement onsite SEO optimizations and technical roadmap.
  • Create and maintain project timelines for the CRO roadmap.
  • Take a hands-on approach to projects when needed to demonstrate leadership and support to the BA team.
  • Own the day-to-day relationship with our third-party digital transformation agency.
  • Coordinate roadmap requirements from the wider stakeholder group.
  • Track and report on project benefit realization versus key objectives and forecasts.
  • Assist in the creation of business cases for larger change projects.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the product internally and externally.
  • Keep project sponsors and key stakeholders updated on the product backlog and project timelines.

About You

We are looking for a talented individual with 5+ years of experience managing high-traffic websites. You should have knowledge of Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and work management software such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello. Experience of using APIs and integrations is also desirable.
