We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Customer Development Department as a Retail Development Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-growing symbol group in the UK and contribute to our company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and build strong commercial relationships with our existing estate of independent retail owners to help them thrive and prosper in the competitive convenience retail sector.
  • Implement mutually agreed joint business plans and ensure all aspects of store standards are maintained and continuously improved.
  • Identify opportunities to improve retailer loyalty and achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Work with our trading team and key suppliers to implement promotional activity within your estate.
  • Manage your time effectively and deliver projects to tight deadlines.
