About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of retail artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all customers

  • Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and other retail operations to ensure efficient and effective store management

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within the beauty industry

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs
