HUB International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team in London, Ontario. As a key member of our Personal Insurance department, you will be responsible for managing an existing book of business and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of personal insurance clients
- Provide prompt and effective customer service to verbal and written inquiries
- Resolve client concerns and complaints while maintaining high service standards
- Input and update customer data and documents on all customer interactions
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable and underwriting knowledge of each market
- Assist in training junior team members as needed
- Rate and quote new and renewal personal lines risks
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and company procedures
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Personal Lines
- Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel)
- Experience with EPIC broker management system an asset
