Technical Service Engineer

As a Technical Service Engineer for the Automotive Aftermarket Division at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative and diverse teams to showcase our product, process, and digital solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Showcase 3M product, process, and digital solutions to increase profitability for bodyshop customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and distributor partners.
- Conduct hands-on product demonstrations for large groups, including internal and external training.
- Test and evaluate new products, as well as benchmark the competitive product and service landscape.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement technical solutions.
- Technical diploma or apprenticeship with a technical qualification.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office.
- Fluent English language.
- Driving license.
- Previous experience in application engineering, technical service, technical training, and/or technical sales.
- Understanding and expertise in bodyshop estimation processes and software.
- Ability to communicate and network at all levels, both internally and externally.
This position is based in the Midlands, UK, with hybrid working possible. Travel may include up to 75% domestic and occasional international travel.
