About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Family Engagement Manager. As a key member of our family team, you will provide support to families visiting loved ones in our prison's visitor centre.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage a demanding workload, and a strong understanding of working with families in challenging circumstances. You will also have the ability to work in partnership with different agencies and organisations, and have some IT skills.
