About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Multi-Skilled Leisure Assistant to join our team at Abraham Moss Leisure Centre. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of the facility, and contributing to the overall success of our leisure centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm welcomes and genuine goodbyes to all customers, offering guidance and support to ensure they have an exceptional experience.
  • Interact with customers through conversations and signposting them to relevant activities and services.
  • Support customers with queries, upsell GLL products and services, and match customers to their needs.
  • Supervise the safety of the swimming pool environment, prevent accidents, and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Set up and take down equipment for activities, supervise the gym, and provide inductions to customers.
  • Deliver swimming lessons, ensuring they are delivered in line with guidelines and taking responsibility for pupil safety.
