About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Services and Account Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer queries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular customer account reviews to ensure customer packages are aligned with their needs and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with new and updated products and services, and communicate these to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer services and support.
  • Support business growth initiatives through occasional outbound calling and other activities.
