Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying customer needs and challenges, and building upon existing relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Outstanding commercial awareness and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prior account management experience, ideally in a supply-side background.
- German language skills are essential.
