About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Tagged Resources. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy for the B2B and D2C market while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Deliver against sales and service key performance indicators, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring successful outcomes for both our company and clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Sales Key Account Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills, with fluency in German an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales goals.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering value to clients.
  • A knowledge of the fashion industry or sustainable fashion an advantage.
