Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Sales Engineer to join our team. As a German language expert, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities, actively prospecting for new clients, and contributing to the growth of existing accounts across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop key relationships with clients and distributors across your allocated territory
  • Develop new business through prospection
  • Successfully deal with clients at C-level on a daily basis
  • Cover key account management for existing portfolios
  • Work in a fast-paced, target-driven international environment
  • Follow up on clients' projects on a daily basis
  • Visit clients on site and understand their needs

Requirements:

  • German speaker to business level would be beneficial but not essential
  • Experience working in any machinery industry would be a strong advantage
  • Mechanical or Technical background would be preferred
  • Driven and hands-on attitude
  • Liaising with clients to offer solutions to operational challenges
  • Proven experience in a similar role would be ideal
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Happy to travel on a regular basis (one week every 3 weeks in average)
