About the Role

Dover Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Communications Manager (EMEA) and the global MarCom team in a wide range of activities with a focus on B2B social media, internal and external communication, brand implementation, digital marketing, customer events, and local PR.

This is a dynamic and proactive role that requires frequent communication with colleagues and business partners around the world and support in extensive international projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in writing, designing, and updating brochures, white papers, articles, video scripts, web content, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage third-party agencies (PR and creative).
  • Ensure compliance with corporate brand standards internally and among distributors.
  • Support in the creation and management of social media content, in line with company strategy.
  • Support in online marketing activities, such as email campaigns and website maintenance.
  • Plan and execute tradeshows and other events.
  • Support sales with ad hoc requests.
  • Deliver creative ideas for campaigns, market introduction, and PR activities.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing digital media data/metrics, insights, and best practices and then acting on the information.
Requirements
  • Customer-focused, both internal and external.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid graphic design skills with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce and Marketo an advantage.
  • Website CMS experience in AEM an advantage.
