Cloud Infrastructure Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join our Technology team at Dreams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure to meet business requirements
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud resources
- Implement IaaS to PaaS and SaaS migrations
- Manage on-prem infrastructure hardware, including physical network equipment and servers
- Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline provisioning, configuration, and elasticity of infrastructure components
- Set up and monitor alerting systems for infrastructure and applications
- Continuously analyze and optimize resource usage for cost efficiency and performance improvement
- Troubleshoot issues with IaaS/PaaS services
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support during office hours and occasionally weekends and bank holidays
- Maintain the security of Dreams systems and networks within company guidelines and legal requirements
- Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Work closely with software development teams to integrate infrastructure requirements into the development process
- Collaborate with IT operations and support teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution
- Involve in building and maintaining relationships between Dreams and its 3rd party suppliers
- Working as a part of the internal and external project teams to deliver Dreams initiatives
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures
