In the role of Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting the sales team and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage sales inquiries and orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Professionally handle sales communications via phone and email.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both domestic and international clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while upholding sales administration standards.
  • Support other departments as required.
Skills Required:
  • Proven experience in sales processing.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.
  • Confidence in managing sales inquiries and communications.
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in Sage Accounts 50 and MS Office applications.
