As a Sales Support Coordinator your key responsibilities will be:
- Oversee the intake of new inquiries and coordinate activities to ensure the creation of high-quality bid packages.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as organising meetings, processing invoices, gathering data, and providing support to the sales team.
- Manage and enhance ERP and administrative systems to ensure that the sales and bidding processes align with the operating procedures.
- Set up and track internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Review and validate incoming orders against original tender documents.
- Gather and report on feedback for bids and proposals.
- Maintain and distribute financial reports.
- Manage and respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
- Prepare initial drafts of quotes.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience within a Sales Support role ideally within a manufacturing or engineering background, have an excellent eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
