Resident Liaison Officer Job Description

Site Skills is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team for an upcoming project in Stratford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, scheduling appointments and addressing customer concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement action plans, monitoring progress until resolution.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by rebuilding relationships, conducting surveys, and driving improvements in our service ratings.
  • Work closely with contractors and contract managers to ensure all work meets specifications and is delivered to the highest standards.

Key Experience/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer services environment, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes within challenging deadlines.
  • Previous experience working with Local Authorities or Registered Housing Providers is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Reactive Maintenance Services is a plus.
