About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to join our team at AllSaints. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, allocation, and analysis of products across our retail stores and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the merchandising function, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Allocate products to retail stores and digital concession partners across the UK, Europe, and North America, utilizing data analysis and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Analyze store and digital performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to maximize sales potential.
  • Liaise with regional teams to optimize business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with production and buying teams to ensure timely delivery of products and effective inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain accurate trackers and key sheets to support trading and buy planning.
  • Assist in the selection of products for trade emails, marketing channels, and the company website.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and work independently.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
